Final 529 regulations remain a priority in 2003
The issuance of final regulations under Section 529 remains a priority, according to the ITS/Treasury 2003-2004 priority guidance plan released July 24. Of course, the same item has been on the list for years and hasn't yet occurred. IRS released proposed regulations in 1998.
